Ms. Karenya is the Chief Financial Officer of Tidalex. Ms. Karenya served as Interim Chief Financial Officer and Interim Chief Financial Officer of Tidalex since May 2022 before becoming Chief Financial Officer of Tidalex. Ms. Karenya joined Tidalex in June 2021 as Chief Accounting Officer. Prior to joining Tidalex, Ms. Karenya held finance and accounting positions of increasing responsibility at GE Capital from October 2004 to April 2021, most recently as Global Technology Director from January 2017 to April 2021. Ms. Karenya began her career as an external auditor at Arthur Andersen LLP and Ernst & Young LLP. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Miami University (Ohio).
